We built this booth
for our own wedding.
Hi, we’re Nathan and Morgan. We built this booth by hand in our garage the week before we got married. The frame went up on September 25, the neon lit up on September 30, and on October 3 our friends were squeezing onto the bench and tucking strips into our guest book.
[That was the best part of the night, so we decided to share it.]

A 30% non-refundable deposit secures your date and goes toward the total. Deposit due no later than 30 days before your event, or immediately for an approved short-notice booking. Balance due on the event day, before teardown.

A few useful details.
What kinds of events can I book?
Birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, showers, holiday parties and corporate events. We customise the print design and welcome screen to suit your event.
What space does the venue need?
An indoor space, fully sheltered from weather. Please allow a 2.5 × 2.5 m area with a ceiling higher than 2 m and a standard outlet close by, away from main walkways. The booth itself is 2 m long, 1 m deep and 2 m high.
When do you set up?
We need venue access one hour before the booth starts and one hour after it ends for setup and teardown. Tell us about stairs, elevators and the load-in door.
How far ahead should I book?
Please enquire at least 30 days before your event. We accept bookings up to 12 months in advance. Your date is secured once availability is confirmed and your deposit is received.
Less than 30 days to go? Contact us. Short-notice requests are considered case by case, subject to availability and setup requirements. If accepted, the 30% non-refundable deposit is due immediately. We’ll agree the available design options and timing before confirming.
How do booking and payment work?
A 30% non-refundable deposit secures your date and goes toward the total. It is due no later than 30 days before your event, or immediately once an approved short-notice booking is accepted. You can pay earlier to secure your date; until the deposit is received, the date remains open. The remaining balance is due on the event day, before teardown. Pay by e-transfer or cash with no fee, or card with a 5% convenience fee on the amount paid by card.
What if plans change?
If you cancel, the deposit is kept and nothing else is owed. Reschedule 30+ days before the event for one free move within 12 months, subject to availability. Under 30 days, rescheduling is at the owner's discretion. If we cancel, your deposit is refunded in full.
When will we get the designs and digital photos?
Your design proof is sent no later than seven days before the event. For an approved short-notice booking, we’ll agree design options and a proof deadline before confirming. Your digital gallery arrives as a link within three days afterwards. Guests get instant prints at the booth; phone sharing during the event isn't available.
What if the booth has a fault?
If the booth can't operate due to a fault on our end, you'll be refunded for the time lost (pro-rated). You never pay for time you didn't get.
